It’s a bit hard to tell in the photo taken over my shoulder but there is already so much moisture in that driver’s side headlight that the running light is almost invisible. Another tick box in that Tesla build quality.
I really was all in on Tesla. The Model S was a great looking car with some alpha/beta issues but this is the third straight vehicle with delays and quality problems. Not to mention, they seem to be getting ugly quick.

Well that just shows some poor engineering right there.
I shouldn’t be using headlight fluid nearly that fast. Especially since the other one seems to be fine. That’s definitely some uneven headlight wear, and the unbalanced electrolytes are gonna go right back to that battery and are likely to start a fire.

I’ve seen a few model 3's running around thus far, though always in passing so never a chance to really stare and take it in. That said, it didn’t do much for me in the appearance department , though I respect the tech and attempt at innovation.
I think the Volt looks better, though I’m unsure if they’re even direct competition with each other at this point. Haven’t been paying thaaat much attention, because I’m not shopping for one and don’t feel like spending tens of thousands to be a beta tester for a technology in it’s relative infancy.

Elon recommends Brawndo to replace the headlight fluid , full of electrolytes and also keeps the alternator full.
